CHAIR DELIVERY

The chair shall be delivered within 5 days after the full payment is made.

Transport-related costs are included in the selling price.

RIGHT OF RETURN

The buyer benefits from a 14-day period to terminate the agreement without having to justify the decision he/she made. The 14-day period begins to run since the moment the buyer physically takes possession of the product.

The Seller repays all the amounts he/she has received as payment from the Buyer within 14 days of being informed of the latter decision to withdraw from the agreement.

The Buyer must inform the Seller of the decision to withdraw from the agreement by submitting the withdrawal form downloaded by HERE or by an unambiguous statement in which he/she expresses his/her decision to withdraw from the agreement, sent to office@chairmony.ro

In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer bears the cost of the respective transport which is RON 3/km roundtrip.

The consumer is only responsible for decreasing the value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the products.

In case of damage to the original packaging, which makes it impossible to sell the product as a new one, an amount necessary for restoring the initial condition of the product as it was delivered will be charged. The decrease amounts between 0% and 15% of the initial value of the product.

If the returned product exhibits damage such as blows, scratches, missing accessory or other aesthetic problems, the amount to be repaid will be reduced in proportion to the severity of the damage caused.

The provisions of this section do not apply to legal persons, nor if the product has been tested in the Chairmony showroom and then purchased.

WARRANTY

The warranty for our products is 24 months since the date of commissioning.

In case troubleshooting is needed, we will either repair the product or replace it with another one within 15 calendar days.

If repairing or replacing the product is not possible, the Buyer is entitled to the total or partial cancellation of the agreement, as the case may be. Besides, the value of the product shall be partly or fully repaid to him/her.

No warranty will be provided for damaged products due to non-compliance with the instructions for use, maintenance and handling, and due to unauthorized tampering.
